refresh error

i got that same kind of thing too on all the UTO forums, when i hit back or refresh everything is huge and has ghey colours

I'm too lazy to check but i think that occurs if the page is formatted by .css and when the page lags on the server or client while loading the .css document isn't loaded and everything looks terrible. Thus, the UTO problem as well.

I had this problem a while back too, when I was using IE6. It seems to like changing the default text size at random.

not really a refresh error, but I didn't want to start a new thread for it.
I get the following oddity every now and then. while it does no harm (crash or ne-thing), it is quite confusing to read.

what gives?
