Please do yourself and us a favor. When posting a question, you should do the following:
Search Posts for the answer to your question. You'll find that a lot of basic topics have been covered before, and you'll save yourself loads of time by not having to wait for an answer!
System Configuration - CPU, RAM, VideoCard, SoundCard, version of Windows, (Linux), drivers for their cards, version of UT and so on
Specific Problem - Don't just say UT SUXX or MY MOUSE WON'T WORK! Describe the problem that you are having, including whether or not it occurs just in-game or out of the game as well. If at all possible, give the exact wording if an error message is involved. It can make the difference in whether or not your problem is resolved. You should also specify if you have made any major changes to your system since it (problem hardware/software) was working properly.
Your Troubleshooting Efforts - This will save you and everyone else a lot of time... and get your problem solved faster. Just a quick description of what you've done already will do (including driver changes, re-seating cards, wire checks, etc.)
Solution Follow-up - This is crucial! Since all of these nice people went out of their way to help you, you should be kind enough to let it be known when the problem is resolved and what exactly fixed it. But more than just being a thankful gesture, it will also serve to help the next person that has the same problem! Nothing can be more frustrating (as you probably already have seen) than to find thread after thread of the same problem - but no solution!! Make sure you do this.. it's a small price to pay to be able to use these forums and receive free tech support.
Better yet- come back and help solve a few problems yourself.
Thanks
