What's wrong with the word fuck? We're mature enough to handle people blown to pieces, violent ripped apart by guns, and now added to the mix a much more real-world, down-here-on-earth feeling, nothing like the disproportioned men and women with rocket launchers and electricity guns, and we can't even handle a little free speech and the use of a colloquial word used to say "sex", a normal, healthy attitude towards life (As opposed to the death themes that permiate games)...
Its a sad day indeed when we can graphically portray rape, murders, executions, drug use, and "mature themes", but I can't dare marvel at the living wonder of a beautiful naked body or express strong emotions verbally.
Its funny what we teach our children, isn't it. Be ashamed of who you are and what life is, and be careful how you express yourself, but own guns, kill whoever you don't agree with, force yourself onto women, take whatever you want, and use any chemicals that make you feel good.

Ah, its just one of those things, really, that you can't shoot down. Its like arguing with God... you know He's right, you just don't wanna back down and look like a pussy. I mean, everybody knows I'm right, really, and that I speak the truth, but people will still argue just for the sake of arguing. I do it, hell, that's why I'm so sure it'll happen.

Whereas American censors typically censor that, Canada is (thank God) a socialist country, so theres always naked women on cable access TV, the word "shit" on the front page report, and nobody ever gets executed (though I think if Paul Bernardo ever gets out of jail, I'll waive that particular human right...)

Jesus Fukin' Christ, I thought the US were some kind of free country. Here in Austria you won't read the word 'Fuck' in the newspaper - because we speak German. You still won't find many swearwords because it is not considered a good stile; but there would be no one to censor it.
You also got no problem with naked women - depending on the grade of nudity you got to stay up late sometimes.

In some ways we are like an entire country of "Soccer moms"... pretty sheltered when it comes to sex and vulgarity... and we have a pretty damn high teenage pregnancy rate compared to countries that are open about sex, because here it's more of a forbidden fruit. Here everyone gets all puckered up when people suggest putting a jar of condoms somewhere in the house and tell your teenage kids where it is, like doing so will somehow condone them having sex... being 16 I know that this is simply not the case, often I find myself doing the *opposite* of what adults tell me to. Adolescents like me are going to try to get some, whether you tell them to or not, it is just unavoidable- so you might as well make sure they are doing it in the safest way possible.
Well, in that case - Adult speaking here: "Have sex with as many people as you can, and never use a condom."
