Quake no longer banned in Germany.. after sixteen years...

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

For the 1000th time, since international journalists still are probably too stupid to get the difference:

It was never banned. It was "put on an index". That only meant it mustn't be advertised or displayed to minors.

Go to a shop, ask a clerk for Quake if you are an adult, get it.

Or go into one of the shops that are specialized in indexed media or rare films from other countries that every major city here has and buy it from there.

And for the record (because it was mentioned earlier): Dead Island isn't banned neither.
