This pack includes 16 characters from the PS2 version of UT, several new skins packs, and several new faces.
The 3.0 release includes over 50 changes, including two new characters, improved skaarj hybrid animations, headshot support, and more!

Consolidated most of the skins from the previous versions into UTPS2Characters.u (classes) and UTPS2CharactersSkins.utx (textures)
Removed the ISV commando, beta Blake, and beta Nickolai skins
Replaced most of my remade skaarj hybrid animations with the higher-quality Epic originals (with some exceptions due to broken source animations)
Used the final version of the models as the base for most characters
Added the 2nd variant of the female soldier model
Added the 2nd variant of the skaarj hybrid model that uses the male human animations
Removed Psychic_313's war machine and added the war machine to the base pack
Gave the female mercenary a backpack (not accurate to the original model, but the skins were made with the backpack in mind)
Adjusted the female commando's UV maps and increased the size of the backpack to better hide the back textures (same issue as the mercenary)
Replaced the base male animation set with the final version from the PS2 game (the most notable difference being an improved pelvic thrust taunt)
Replaced the female soldier's animation set with the final version from the PS2 game (the set Psychic_313 used for AMS seems to be unused)
Kept most of the previous animation set for the female commando and mercenary, but replaced the backrun animation
Added headless corpses and proper headshot support to all characters (Dominator has a chance to only lose his helmet)
Gave the War Machines custom gibs
Made some of Xan's, Rampage's, Dominator's, and the War Machines' gibs inherit their skins
Replaced Damien's custom gibs with the generic originals
Added a mutator to make all characters' corpses turn translucent before disappearing as in the PS2 version
Replaced the talk textures of Damien, Dominator, and Xan with higher-quality original versions
Replaced Rampage's talk texture with one that accurately portrays his model (the Warboss texture seems to have been given to him by mistake in the PS2 game)
Replaced the PC Warboss' talk texture with a higher-quality PS2 version
Replaced the talk textures of certain characters with the PS2 character selection art where possible (Fury's, Throk's, and Guardian's portraits were given to characters that more accurately reflect the artwork)
Gave the female commandos new talk textures
Redid all the other custom talk textures
Modified all of the PC Warboss' skins to better suit Rampage's model
Replaced Damien's skin (which had been ripped through PCSX2) with the higher-quality source version and redid his team skins
Replaced Rampage's skin from the model archive with the one from the final source (less overly saturated) and redid his team skins
Redid all of Dominator's team skins
Redid Xan's gold team skin
Made new status dolls for Rampage, the War Machines, and the female soldier
Made various improvements to the other status dolls
Made it so selecting one of the boss characters without a team skin will announce their names and play their intro animation
Made the Skaarj Hybrids' Victory1 taunt accurate to the original, but the Dominator taunt can still be used by assigning a key to AMS' challenge taunt or using the "taunt challenge" command in the console
Gave Dominator his own animation set in which the Victory1 animation is his unique taunt (the real Victory1 taunt can be used by assigning a key to AMS' challenge taunt or using the "taunt challenge" command)
Gave Damien, Rampage, and Xan their own animation sets for unique taunts (did this instead of coding to make them work with Valhalla Avatar)
Adjusted the sound slots for Dominator's unique taunt
Gave the Skaarj Hybrids/Dominator an unarmed walking animation
Made all characters make use of the idle crouching animations
Renamed Dominator's character selection entry from SkaarjBoss to Dominator
Marked some skins as (Default) in the player setup menu
Renamed all the characters to start with (PS2) in the player setup menu
Expanded Dominator's voice pack to include friendly fire and team leader lines
Made the skaarj hybrid/dominator chest thump taunt play sounds
Filled the hole in Rampage's foot gib
Shrunk the size of the skaarj hybrids'/Dominator's head gib
Changed the idle animations in the character selection screen (kept the female characters' extra animation set in the pack for compatibility with SolidusSupremus's modified female commandos pack)
Added the SwitchAnim command (see the Commands section)
Added the winner taunt to all but the standard skaarj hybrids and Dominator (see the Commands section)
Consolidated Damien's player/bot subclasses into DamienPS2/DamienPS2Bot
Fixed the male soldier, raw steel, and war machines having the incorrect jump sound
Fixed a bug with Xan and Rampage using the default male voice if Xan isn't unlocked from the single player ladder
Made a Robot (PS2) voice class for Rampage and Xan that counts as a male voice, and gave Xan and Rampage access to other male voices
Adjusted the rotation and positions of all the custom gibs
Made Dominator's helmet and shoulder pad gibs make sparks instead of blood
Adjusted the model origins/scale of Dominator and the skaarj hybrids (not 2) to be closer to the PC skaarj hybrids
