Yea, what Dlaer is suggesting is freaking stupid and he needs mental help, but I agree with Mojo and Reaper about terrorists killing hostages if the HRT does a poor job of attempting to evac them. Like the after the SWAT officer gets in range of the hostage he goes into follow the SWAT guy mode, and then the hostage is fair game for the terrorists (if they killed him prematurely they would lose).
