Problems importing sounds

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Ensure that you're importing them into you're own package. Also for voices, 8bit, mono, 22050hz is good (or downsample from 44100hz which provides better 22050hz quality), also PCM has something to do with it. I've got no clue what PCM is so if somebody can inform me on that please do so that I can continue to sound smart /~unreal/ubb/html/wink.gif

Hello everybody

Sometime ago i made a level and I wanted some characters to speak. Therefore, I toke my microphone and saved some words in .wav. But (oh dawn hell!) UnrealEd show me an error message when i imported the sounds.
Anybody knows something else than me ?
