We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

So i'm looking into getting a modeling program to create my own static meshes and stuff, as i'm sick of not having exactly what i need. What is the most powerful in terms of unreal development? I've heard of two main ones, maya and 3dsmax, but i don't know anything about either one.

This question is often asked around here, and we all say that both programs are very good, which is true. It depends on which one you would rather use. If you want to not have to spend any money you could try out Blender or Gimp for example. I dont know which one is more expensive between Maya and Max, but either way it all depends on which you are more comfortable with. Max and Maya are very good but there are tons of other modeling programs available. If I were I would try the Maya PLE version and a 3ds max free version (if there is one, which I think there is), and maybe some others too. If you really like one, I would see about getting the full version. The good thing about Maya PLE though is that you can use for UT, because it has an unreal exporter plugin for it. I am assuming its the same for the 3dsmax free version (has you can see I use Maya, heh).
