Hi. I'm the leader of one of the top Postal 2 clans [BAMF] and am also lead mapper for Eternal Damnation, a Postal 2 singleplayer mod that is well in progress. Yes, Postal 2 uses the unreal engine and that is why we are looking at alot of unreal places to see if anyone would be interested. This mod has been well under way for a while as you can see in the screenshots, so this is not one of the many "I have a great idea and need a team" requests
