MoH is a great game. It's hard to pick one over the other when it's CoD vs MoH, each has certain points where the game shines. the DDay beach assault on MoH is unforgettable. And CoD's got lots of those type of moments (I'm thinking of the start of the Russian campaign). Personally, I found MoH had an edge on pure fun factor. I think it might have somethign to do with my penchant for pouring out lead.

imo, you would want to (eventually) get both CoD and MoH.

I'm with DeDpoet on this, if you can pick up both MOH and CoD. Both are awesome games.

What, because you can't doublejump (something that has only been in UT since 2003)?

Some say that the jumping in quake-engined games is more realistic.

BF1942. Not very true to WW2, just the first decent vehicular wargame.

Indeed, CoD (For PC) easily owns any other WW2 game.

Every time I see a statement like this I wish I could find that video where the guys show what real life would REALLY be like if it employed the "real-life" physics of Quake.

Yeah, I'd like to see that too. It's not ME saying Quakes's physics are more realistic, it's ME saying others
(Usually Quake Fan-Boys) saying Quakes's physics are more realistic. To me, Quake physics feel like you're
moving through a world where the atmosphere is as thick as honey. But that's probably because I'm more use
to games that are bulit around the Unreal engine where normal humans can easily (not double) jump objects
    nearly chest high.

    :lol::tup:

My favorite is a tossup between MoH and CoD. I didn't play much multiplayer CoD, but what I did play was fun as hell. And MoH was my first multiplayer game evar so it has a special place in my heart :D Both had pretty good single player gameage as well.

Exactly. Quake based games just feel a bit logie to me. I could care less if they're "More realistic".

I like that WW2 game, you know the one, it has Germans in it apparently, and you shoot them with that gun, you know, the one in every WW2 game. I remember it well, they were like one big blur of the same crap with the exact same gameplay, only that I paid for several times instead of once.

    Those were the days.

    Atmosphere tick as honey?
0_0 Meh, never felt that way. And I'm also used to games using the unreal engine.

Whoever said Quake physics are more realistic, had to be a fanboy. (to the extreme maybe)
What's, for starters, is so friggin' realistic about falling from a very tall building and being able to survive? "Oops, I've twisted meh ankle!"
    Hm?
