Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
RTFM - if you have a GeForce 3 or higher (not counting the GeForce 4 MX series), you're fine. Equally, any post-8000 Radeon card is also fine.
The game won't crash on a lesser card, but some textures may not display correctly.

UT2004 worked fine with my 7500 - so I guess it'll work with UTXMP too - it just wont look as good.Dragon_X said:

When i first actually read the words a while back, i thought it was lyrics to a Pig song.
Runs FINE on a TNT-class card with 32MB RAM. Textures are crappy but it's darn smooth on an Athlon64 setup, all settings to lowest quality.

During which period I developed using a GF2Ti. And yes, it was fine (though the shaders looked a bit goofy). 
Guys, these are the same specs that the stock UnrealEngine 2.5 uses -- this includes U2XMP. Whatever you expected to see in U2XMP probably won't look too much different in UTXMP.
