Since Angelfire sucks, I've found myself another domain to upload pictures and will pimp it here. I would really love feedback.

It's for the Xan model(obviously) and has team colors. Again, I would love feedback and especially criticism, as it affects future work :D .

It looks good, but you'll need to do more than just change the colours if you to give it that extra 'edge'. Anybody can recolour a skin, it's the extra work you do that makes it unique.

I'm a n00b right now, so until someone makes a tutorial or I figure it out myself(like that'll happen), I'm stuck with just edting colors. I think the best thing to do is bother some of the other people and ask if they'll help me. :)

I reckon it looks good. Re-colours are fine once they're made to look as good/better than the originals. It's hard to say what way to go with a skin though. Sometimes you'll put lots of time/effort into one and get very little feedback/downloads other times you'll throw one together in an hour and get a hugely popular skin. It's all about timing, marketing and sales :) There are lots of tutorials/resources for skinners out there though and forums are a great place to pick up info. My advice for future ventures - be imaginative and try different things. Also take a look at some of the work of the great skinners/modellers to see how they do things. Best of luck! and good work :2thumb:

Thank you. Once I actually got this skin in the works, I realized how much I liked it. It is so plain and simple, which is good for me. I love the charcoal grey so much and the dark blue. I might work on a version 2 and see how it goes.
