Anyone else getting this with this link?

All of my other common websites are coming through no problem. Don't remember this error ever. I know what causes it, just wondering if anyone else is having problems bringing it up. Usually, the site (or other sites) just doesn't come up at all if there are problem or a 404 error of some sort.
EDIT: same error on cell phone without wifi activated. Also, websites coming up slow in Chrome....waiting for doubleclick ads.
