    What are your known origins?

I got some some Native American origins (from my mother's side) and (mostly) french origins.

    What are yours?

Pretty much the same as you--I've traced back to 1760.
I don't speak/read french so I'm having a hard time going back any further.

My father is italian, my mother is french.

Tracing that a bit further, my familly on my mother side comes from eastern France (Lorraine), pretty close to Germany, so I probably have german origins. The familly of my father side comes from the north-east bit of Italia. A few miles from Slovenia on the east and Austria on the north.
All in all, I'm pretty much 100% central-western european, which doesn't really mean anything :p

Various noble families from the 11th century in France (Bretagne and Provence - includes many crusaders) and common people from around Paris and Versailles (traced up to 10th century) for the main part, and italian merchants from my great-grandfather.

I'm mostly German and Italian, with a little bit of others mixed in for flavor. We've traced my family back over 5 generations in the US, so I guess I'm just caucasian.

My father is Indian...and from I understand from "evolution", India used to be a part of Africa before it meandered to Asia.

My mother is Peruvian. Her father is Incan (whoo) and her mother is mostly European, and from what my sister told me in a geneology report, she was like Irish and French and all that jazz.

For most of my life I was told I was pretty much German (father's and mother's side), but I'm learning more and more how much of a mutt I am. Turns out I have a bit of English, Irish, and I'm about 1/64 Shawnee (Native American). I'm guessing most Americans whose ancestors have been here a while are a bit of almost everything...

My mother is American and my father is a Finnish-American. I guess that makes me a 1/4 Finn, 3/4 American (f*ck yeah).

    Father's side.
We can trace our lineage on my fathers side to a native mexican tribe that married off a woman to a spainard durring the conquest of Mexico. There were various weddings in and around mexico until my Grandfather moved to Texas as an illegal immigrant to pick cotton in south texas. He first gained legal status for himself and later his wife who was also an illegal immigrant. They had 14 children, and my father was one of the younger of the group.

    Mother's side.
    Things get scandalous here...
My grandfather was decendent of spaniards and Irish, his lineage is somewhat all over the place. My Grandmother however... she was Dutch and scottish. She used to be a bootlegger in her younger years, and is a decendent of.. umm.. a Dutch slave boat capitan.

Soo... I'm part Spaniard, part dutch, part irish, part scottish, part native mexican.

Mom's side: British, Scottish, and French (crap! :p) To make things worse, my ancestors settled in Canada(!), which is where the French blood comes in, before migrating to Iowa. But primarily British.
Dad's side: German from my Grandma, British from Grandad. Also, there's a rumor that my Grandma refuses to confirm or deny that my Grandad had "black Irish" blood. My Dad has always said there was some Irish in there, and my Mom says she heard some guys in a bar calling my Grandad "black Irish", but not in a good way. There's about 50million different explanations for that term, and my Grandad's been dead for 15yrs, so it's a bit of a mystery.

On my father's side, one great grandparent was from Greece, the other from France. They married and came to America. That's about all we know. We'd have to go back there to find out more. (Though a great uncle has gone back to Greece and I guess we now know what town we are from).

On my mom's side, I've got a nice detailed family tree going directly back to Daniel Boone in the 1700s. Can't really get much more Anglo-American than that. There's also some German immigrant blood that married into the line somewhere along the line.

i do belive my origins are ' Penis and Vagina'. I could be wrong thou.

Really I have no clue. My grandmas is Irisish, meaning her grandparents, or great grandparents came from Ireland. Other than that, I don't think anyone in our family really cares that much? Perhaps they just never told me for some strange reason... :O

Well I know my Dad's side has roots in Italy which means me and my brother are both naturally "tanned", never burn and have hazel eyes.

However my Mum's is English (I'd take a stab at anglo-saxon, just because of blue eyes and pale skin (but jet black hair). But it's a long shot), which reflects onto my other brother and sister, as they're both blue eyed and pale skinned...

Kinda odd, but that's just genetics :)
