Im loving my Canon S5IS. Yes it's not a really expensive camera but I love the functionality with it.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
From personal experience I've found even 400 ISO grainy so yeah I'm not surprised at 800. You've done a good job of saving it though and I love the DOF in the background!
I like it. Nice arrangement of the pencils.
I think this will be the last of this ****ty role. I love the color I get from it being old expired film, but the grainy ****ness of it sucks. I can't even begin to understand why Kodak would want to sell film that is this garbage. Oh well....

I had to use the kit lens for this ... it's like using a beer bottle for a lens: blurred and aberrated to hell and back. Also it shakes when focusing, huh.

The first one has a nice relaxed feel to it.
The second one is just awesome! Nice work. What was it that was making the trails. Doesn't seem like a car.
Thanks. The second shot was taken from inside a moving car. I used an 8 second exposure at the end of which I shook the camera to create those steep streaks mostly seen in the background. If you look closely at the bottom centre, you can just about make out the blue dashboard numbers.
I particularly like the pattern created by the (orange) street lamps.

Love that one. The water has a really nice flow to it, was that just a close up of a water fountain / hosepipe?
Here is one I took earlier with my brand new camera (replaced my 350D with a 450D with the 18-55 IS kitlens. Wow what a difference)

-hyru)3 seperate exposures using the built in bracketing (was +- 2ev I think) and then used Photomatix for the HDR/tone mapping effect.
Really pleased with how it came out, was taken without a tripod, would never have managed to get a comparable shot with the 350 + my other lenses without using a tripod.
Thanks!. A few people have said that to me. Other people have pointed out how much the lamp spoils it though! Don't fancy my chances at photoshopping it out or knocking it down in real life though

Oh noes! I am camera-less now! I sold off my Rebel XT with a Grip and the kit lens. I also just bought a used Canon 30D. I'll be uncamera-less in a few days.
But for now, the only things I have are...

Ignition, that second pic is incredibly awesome. I'm constantly trying to shoot a good sunrise/sunset, but it isn't easy where I live :-/
