Nice dude! Love the shots.

I saw one of those shelf fungus at the beginning of the trip the other day. I didn't know what it was.. but it was kinda hard. Thanks for the ID.

Two of my favourite shots. I think I've improved a lot; I'm really enjoying shooting at night time. I'm on holiday in Korea atm getting some amazing shots hopefully when I get back next month they turn out well.

I love the first shot. Very vivid colours and general clarity. Often times night shots of cities just turn out with orange/yellow colours all over. This one is great though.
Second shot is kind of the generic long exposure traffic shot. The flares look funny, but it's a little boring because you see it all the time :p
The last shot is interesting, but the focus is a little offf I think. It also looks like the camera must've shaken a little. It would be interesting to have a person standing there. The long exposure effect, like blurred out faces and other details (hands, feet) can look great.
How long exposures did you go with?

And totally off topic, but you should go to the GOMTV studios, there's free access to watch pro StarCraft 2 matches, and you might get to meet Tasteless and Artosis, two well known english commentators. Even if you're not interested in StarCraft 2, checking out the place might be interesting. Assuming you're in Seoul of course.

Excellent work! I don't find the blown highlights as distracting as the Bloom. It looks like a side effect of an HDR conversion.

I kinda like the false color/desaturated/high contrast look. It feels cold and moody.

Two shots I took today of one of my assistants while I was testing the lights. Completely unplanned. I was confirming my lighting strategy before we headed out for some off site corporate head shots. Obviously we didn't go with the scary lighting you see here.

Half the fun was in the editing :)

Did you mess with his teeth in the first shot? Awesome pictures though! Almost a little too sharp, but they look awesome anyway.

Do you have a higher resolution version of that? It's a very good picture, absolutely stunning. I wish we had mountains like that in Denmark :(

I did, and yes the front may look a little to sharp. Would probably break off easy.

Face Goatse

I just noticed that haha

I really like how this one came out

Rocky Paradise by Cr4zy :), on Flickr

Looks great! Parts of it look like game graphics, other parts like a painting.

Do you have a less glowy version by any chance? That's a really nice scene, good composition and everything, and I especially like the rocks in the foreground, but.... ew, HDR. :p

He probably shot that scene knowing he would make it into an HDR. Probably doesn't look as nice in non hdr form.

As mike said, I shot it with HDR in mind. So neither of the 3 seperate shots is any use as something isn't visible in one or the other.
