Ok, the server peeps looked into our lag issues and found that the server needed some maintenance. They're fixing that issue as we speak, so we should be lag free for tomorrow.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. Yeah i got lots of people to play gunz like serk here daemon, evo,serk,fur,shinzon,skipr,spawn i think, a few other alpha's, stealth, assault, toky for a few seconds, etcetcetc...let's keep this coming folks

i started playing gunz last night, it was pretty cool, but it was just a bunch of deathmatches, i thought there was stuff to do, like go out in the city and stuff. my id is TangMe in gunz. i like the golden dorito in the scoreboard. and after i played there, i played xmp! WOOT. it was cool, but i played on the xeno server, not many ppl on the nb server. gunz was a great warmup for xmp, i sniped a few i'm patting myself right now cuz normally i suck in xmp.

Yesterday's lag issue fixed.
As we suspected in the past, there IS a direct correlation to lag on our server and haxing.
The lag yesterday evening become unbearable. After the server had been running flawlessly all day. When the lag started, we contacted our server host, who upon checking EVERYTHING, said it was no issue on their end. And in fact, the cpu usage was only 10%.
We proceeded to pinpoint which player might be creating the lag (by using some form of hax). After several maps, the census was that it was possibly Astral*. Who, by the way was not a dominating player.
Towards the end of the map, we got rid of Astral* and instantly the lag ceased. Then went on to many lag free games after said banning. For those of you who think that NB was just on a happy banning spree, we even had pet detective (aka Fur) in there who IS a dominating player without any issues or lag. Amazing. BTW, this is not a pet detective endorsement, lol.

BTW, this is not a pet detective endorsement, lol.nice job jem. i noticed nb was packed last night 16of 16, then half left. still there seems to be a resurgance of xmp. thanx to quality folks like you. i have even seen a few new poeple on. i wanna let people in other games to try xmp but as i had many problems getting u2 online to work with xmp i'm afraid that will scare them off. after all what do u expect from halo players
