im creating a weapon set with 20 weapons. (at spawner you get more then one weapon) the theme is super powerfull, super technology food, yes i said food. all the 20 weapons will have a firing style and ammo and style that is totaly diffrent then the orginal weapon set and all the others. in this weapon set we are releasing veicles also. (to get the feel of odd food theme) we need scripters that have alot of knowledge becuase were going to put a new idea to this weapon that will be a very large chalenge. and then all the other 20 weapons need new types of fire!!!!!!! 
so you scripters are going to be the core of this weapon set/ viecles. then we need animationers to put these all new animations to all the weapons, because even when your standing still your weapon willl be doing a coool animation, and when you reloading will be realistic. so you guys are going to be vey important. then the skiners are the main guys they have to actualy make these weapons so we need goooood skiners. sorry i dont have a site yet but i want to get some screenies and some info about it done to put on the site. but you can contact me at hieimaster2000@yahoo.com or hieimaster2000@msn.com
