New {GD} server reinforcement settings!

Ok well lets see if this is any fun...

1 for attackers, and 1 for defenders with an additional defender reinforcement at 60% map time passed. This is still be finalized in our private GD forums but come give it a whirl see what you think.

The above settings are active and the map times have been lowered to 12 minutes. After awhile we may lower the map times lower (if needed).

Also, the GD server IP has changed, 207.8.6.21:7777

I think the map times can go, or need to be extended. We're
frequently running to the 3 or 2 minute mark. Anyway, thanks
for the new settings INF is fun again!

There was something that I was supposed to complain about,
but I forgot what it was...

Making more than 1 round per map, if possible, is also a good idea to make the game more fun IMO.
