New Formula in Game

The formula is the last vehicle for UnWheel 2 phase one. Now we will focus on coding and environments. Note, a new record for top speed

That speed seems a bit unrealistic for a formula car...then again this is UnWheel. I'm hoping for some really fast cars (combined with the upcoming motion-blur patch)

Coding is going very slow, I keep running into errors I cannot figure out The handling of the vehicles is much improved from a few months ago.
