New Duke Nukem Model

I have been working on this model for sometime in my free time....My progress is slow because of work and school...but just thought I would share a peak with every one...and im open for suggestions. The face skin still needs some more work.

Im giving duke a bit of unreal flavor to him...as I am replacing the shotgun shells on his bandolier with rockets.

Keeping the poly count down to respectful levels is making me have to redo various areas of the model... does any one know what the average poly count range for ut2004 is? is it a higher standard than ut2003? and when ut2004 hits the shelfs is it coming packed with skeletons?

Im not even working on the skin yet that was done as a refrence skin and was extracted for temporay use from Duke Nukem: The Manhattan Project and slightly edited to fit the model so far...when Im done with various details I will build a new skin but use that as a basis to stay true to Apogees flavor for duke. I want him to feel like he just walked out of a duke game. at the moment I am still working heavily on the bandoleer trying to keep the poly count down, I want to try and give his jeans some flare at the bottom so it wont look like he has jean textured legs. I have taken a little break from it in the past week and started compiling all my favortie duke sayings from duke3d and duke nukem: manahattan project to make a fun sound pack.

looks nice, but u need to work on makin the model have an uv map so people can wok on a skinning map...
