Need to export T3D without loading it in editor or UCC

Yes, that's right....I really need a help here badly.

These are the maps I need to export T3D from:
Leo_T_C_K/Unreal_PSXtest.rar

Leo_T_C_K/Unreal_PSXtest2.rar

I found out UTPT can load them, only if it could export the T3D or anything, it can export only polys. But it can view all the data.

My guess is ask the author to add such a feature to UTPT. This is the best bet.
