Need some help. full conversion

Hello, i am developing a full conversion, i know how to use all the programs nessesary to make this mod, but sadly i dont want to do it alone, i have a band doing music, and i have mods for the forums. im trying to get a few more people helping me in the map editing, programming dept, because currently im the only one doing it, its will take me forever to do it all alone, anyone with good knowledge of this is welcome to join just post here. send me a pm or somthing, the mod is based on an old game called syndicate, more or less syndicate wars, it will be a full conversion, thanks

As a coder, I might be interested in this, but I have some questions for you, that I imagine anyone else that might be interested in your mod will want to know as well.

Can you tell us more about the mod? I'm not terribly familiar with Syndicate or Syndicate Wars, but I seem to recall Syndicate Wars being a turn-based tactical game like XCOM or Jagged Alliance... Is that what you're trying to do with this mod?

Is there any concept art for the mod? Or a design document written?

Also, in what areas do your skills primarily lie? i.e. what will you bring to the table?
