Need help making others here my voices

I have spent months downloading lots of voices and I can hear them fine on my comp. I found out that no one on the vahala avatar servers can hear me. I'm the only one laughing at the voices. I would like to know how to modify unreal tournament so that others can hear the silly taunts. Any help would bwe apprecieated.

First question when something doesn't work on others' computers in a network game: Do they actually have those voice packs?

I guess you answered my question. I didn't realize that they had to have those voice packs installed. I thought I was transmitting the voice so that they could actually here it. Oh well, me and my son get a good laugh, but i suppose the joke is on me.

Do other have to have my voice packs loaded on their computer in order for me to hear them. I can hear so many voices on the server and I know I havent downloaded the voice packs.

Others need to have the voice pack you're using downloaded and installed on their computer to hear it, yes.

There are a whole lot of voices pre-installed with UT2003 already.
