Need help finding an OLD weapon mod for Unreal 1

Hey, it's been forever since I posted here, so I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong area...

I downloaded the Unreal pack from steam, mainly because of nostalgia purposes, and now that I play for a bit, I remember downloading a weapon from long long ago. It was a large sci-fi weapon that had a lot of features, like regenerates your health, a shield, a railgun, a charge-up black hole-ish thing...and other stuff. I think the weapon had an acronym name, but I'm completely unsure. It was at least 10 years ago, I think. If anyone could help I'd be extremely appreciative.

It was a single downloadable weapon. It was not part of a pack, I don't think.

The name CIDE is coming to mind for some reason, there was definitely some sort of Unreal weapon mod called that. Can't find anything about it anymore though.
