Hey everyone, I can't demorec with the utcomp mutator on. When I take it off, demorec is fine.

However, I lose the brightskins that way. Is there anyway to put bright skins on UT2k4 players without UTcomp on?

Thanks :)

Oh, I bet demorecording is fine with UTComp as well if you actually add it to your ServerPackages list. And no, apart from the TAM gametypes and the UTComp mutator there are no mods promoting neon glow sticks.

UT2004.ini, search for ServerPackages= and it should bring up a list. I believe then you would add whatever the name of the UTComp .u file is.

For example, if you had UTComp v1.7a, you'd type ServerPackages=utcompv17a after the others, as UTComp v1.7a's .u file is utcompv17a.u. You do not need to add the .u extension (and indeed, you'll make the game go haywire if you do) - just the name of the file will suffice.

People who need brightskins are very, very blind folks.
