i have a quite large piranha that you can lick its nipply ALL YOU WANT shes also quite proficent at tearing flesh away at alarming rates
time it takes to tear all the skin off a goldfish: 34 seconds
time for a krill: instant
finger: around 14 seconds

Piranhas
(Serrasalmus spp.) What can I say? Piranhas are tetras, too. However, you should never mix them with other fish. Keep piranhas only in dedicated piranha tanks. Piranhas are eating machines. The truth is that they are not very aggressive--in fact, you will usually find them to be quite shy in the aquarium. Many species are plenty tough enough to beat them up. However, piranhas have teeth that can bite through flesh as easily as any razor blade. So they can easily dismantle fish that are larger than themselves.

I'm going to set myself up a piranha tank one day with about three piranhas in it. I will proceed to stick my hand in the tank and chase them around while I

a)have a friend video tape me doing it or
b)have a friend take digital photos of me doing it.

That way if these books are wrong and the damn things bite me, I'll have something to send into Jackass.
