Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
A proxy is anything that acts as a relay to allow you to get or send info via it, protecting your privacy. A proxy server is a webserver that lets you access the internet through it, meaning that no websites can see your IP adress.

Yeah, in that case, he means someone posting via another user. Like a proxy server but less high tech.
I know, I was j/k. The gist of the announcement was not to let banned people post on your behalf.
