The unsensored version is on the 4th results page, it also (as all the images do) links to the site that holds the image.
This is basic net stuff. If you want something you search for it. Look through multiple pages of results. Try different combinations of key words, and if you really cannot find it, at all, after trying all that, then ask if anyone else knows where to find such things.
