I'm using a Logitech First/Pilot Wheel Mouse. Windows XP found the drivers automatically upon boot and I tried downloading updated drivers from the site but I couldn't extract the 5.63 meg file because my hard drive "didn't have the space." Sure. Neato. In UT and the UT mod Strike Force I'm experiencing mild mouse lag while playing in D3D. I've tried selecting and unselecting Direct Input and it made no difference. Anyone got any big idears?

run in opengl, gets rid of all the lag, and gives you ability to use the compressed textures on 2nd ut cd, if you have geforce card that is

could it be???

I'm not at home with my puters.. but I am running x/p on my laptop.. my laptop only has 32 megs.. hehe (for now).. and I had the mouse props.. set to show trails ( control panel--- mouse) and I had a bit O lag when I played this golf game.. I changed the props and POOF the lag was gone.. maybe just may be.. if you don't have a whole bunch of RAM AND have the mouse set to show trails....
