Okay, its the 4th of July, and I'm nearly drunk to the point where all the little green people are kicking the 5hit out of Bill Gates, so I thought I would ask you peoples, who here has a motorcycle?? If ya do, what kind ya got? Me, 1998 Titan Gecko and a 1998 Titan Sidewinder.

Now if you will excuse me, I'm gonna go blow something up.

BOOOM!!!!

Independence is fun... /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

motorbikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I have two of them one older Yamaha xj 990 F and a newer BMW R1100R. I like them both but the BMW is with the ABS-brakes more scure in driving and the frame/Torch/rearshock etc. is much more modern so I can drive faster on small tracks with the BMW even the bike has 20 HP less than the Yamaha!

Yep

Me Gecko is a rubbermount, and its the best damn bike I've ever had /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif But I had to sell one earlier on in the year, a 2000 Harley Fatboy /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I still miss her... you got any CBuzz?

not at the moment... i've always wanted to build one tho... softtail frame, widened... wide-ass swingarm... low as all hell suspension... i can't ever decide between going for the fat look or something aggressive as hell like a Gecko. someday when i have extra time and money...

If I was going to buy one outright -and I could afford it- it would definitely be a Gecko

Just a thought...

If you are really tall (like me) you will really benefit from the Titans size. Its really nice to be able to just relax on 'em and not be all squeezed up on one.

what is the real fun riding such bikes?? OK looking is absolutely great but driving curves (in my opinion the greatest thing in motorbiking is awfull because you will touch the street to soon with parts of the bike...) Ok the tracks in US/Canada are diffrent from the one in Europe but only driving straight is a little bit boring isn´t it??

Boring???

There is no way in hell riding a Gecko is boring. The sound of it keeps your juices flowing, the feel of it is like nothing else on earth, well you get the point, don't ya? And on the turns, you don't really lean like those superbike guys do with their knees nearly smacking the road (Ouch) you just lean a little. I could go on and on, but I'm gonna go grab me a 'alo (Can someone figure out what 'alo means:) burger /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Bah, I don't ride, but if I did, sportbikes would be the way to go.
