I wager this problem has appeared countless of times already, but anyway:

How can I extend the range of the mortar spawner? Apart from placing it into a higher position? ShellSpeed and ShellMomentumTransfer properties seem to be having no effect at all. Is it even possible? If it is not, are there any mods that sport such artefacts of strategic artillery? :D

sometimes the differences in tose properties are very slight, try increasing them to the max and checking for difference

but that could decrease distance too :hmm:

If you want to add some serious velocity to that mother, I would suggest placing a kicker infront of where the shell spawns, then setting its KickedClass to the mortar shell. You can set the velocity to whatever you want, and point it in any direction.

I havent actualy tried this, but I see no reason why it wouldnt work.

Uiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, it works!! Thanks a lot, Seco. Now I can really place some heavy-duty stuff onto the map just the way I planned.

Yeah, aiming becomes a bit tedious, but anyway, deviation value of about 20.000 should do it :D
