Because it's not a mod, just an edited version of rtnp, for Ut co-op play.
(you start in duskfalls and end in an extra-added bossmap)
Sorry I should've included the info about not needing the original RTNP :O) my bad.
If you use the upak.u and Utlmarine.u file from boomboy's Ut lity site you can also use some of the classic rtnp weapons. Rocketlauncher, grenadelauncher and car.
But this utlmarine file makes the monsters stronger. So expect quite a fight. Especially against the boss monster!
But it's fun though :O)
THE SITE is in japanese sure, but trust me it's not so hard to navigate. Go to the ut lity na-pali section and halfway you should find the core system, maps etc zips for download:

delete the olweapons files from your system then reconnect, it'll then dl the right file from the 3 server. if you get a mismatch with another file, then redo the process. delete the offending file, reconnect.

I tought that might be cause on the URTNP cd in the sound map there are not only a lot of soundpackages, but also 5 maps with other soundpackages in it.
When I copied the stuff that was in their maps it would replace some original fiiles 2., so I just copied the orignal maps with the sound packages, but that doest seem 2 work.

So try ut-lity, that's for Co-op play only.

Tges4 might be a nightmare map at first, but once you know your way around and how to fight the monsters it's not that bad really.
Just move a lot, don't rush into rooms. Use stinger on slith, and use the enforcer on the shadowskaarj (he moves extremily fast, so stinger is kinda pointless in this case)
