Did you try looking themup in the forums directory?

GO to your profile, select new pm, click the "find usernames" next to the recipients column.

Do an advanced search, type in the forum name 'handle' hit the enter key.

Very funny I didn't do pm's, but I did do searches for the usernames. Some came up, most didn't have emails or homepages. I'll try pm'ing some of them though.
