Miko Fox skinning

I was wondering if I can have permissin to... Well, First, WHat utility Do I need to model and skin UT2004 models? What animation tool?


Next, I really want to see skins for Miko fox model. I love "Furry" and anthropomorphism and Im a big fan the cat models "Marygold" And the skins. I was wondering if Anyone is skinning the Miko model? Please, PLEASE, I love Miko fox model, It's awesome, It caught my attention to stop downloading the 600mb red orchestra mod just to download THis model... Yes, I canceled my download just for this model. I run on DSL so It shouldnt take too long again....
