I've been trying to get this texture to mask for the past 20 mins and it just won't work no matter what I try. I tried making the mask colour the first colour in the palette. I tried several different colours. It just won't work at all and I've done this loads of times before.
I can't be arsed for pissing about with it anymore so if someone could just make this into a 256 colour pcx that will mask when it's imported into the editor I'd be very gratefull. (credit in the readme etc. etc.)

Dunno if you needed it for UT1 or UT2003 so I did both.
Trick is to make a transparent gif with 256 colors and like you did slot 1 the transparent texture, then convert it back to PCX so the channel gets the the transparent tag. Plus tick the "masked" box in Ued(2/3) when importing.
