I would like to se the possibility to KickBan a Player/IP for x number of days. Some Team Killers are very persistant, and comes back 30 seconds later, so it would be nice if it was possible to keep them away for some time.

Otherwise its the best mod ever made, after Strikeforce :D

I have thought about doing something like that but decided that
it would only cause more problems and possibly cause server
performance problems since it would have to check the ban-list
and do date/time calculation every time a player joins.

I think there is a limit in the number of bans the UT server can handle, but i really don't remember :(, there are not many TK's in Strikeforce, so I don't think the list wold be that long.

A lot o Strikeforce servers has spare CPU to handle that I think, or if not, make it possible to disable the feature in the server .ini file

ok, I'll have to take a look at the code and see what can be done.
Can't promise anything at this point.

    Just my 2 cents...

I believe the time calculation part could be reduced to only execute once per day by the server @ a certain given time (to check the ban list for removals). Although, checking the current time would be an important part also...

But, the server's ban list is always checked when a player joins the game anyways.

Also, any good admin can have an infinite number of player bans...you would just need to setup a packet filter to not allow certain IP's to connect to your machine (aside from the UT ban list). But that is rather drastic! :p
