UE3 - UT3 mapping help

    ok, in UT2004 i could easily make a shiny texture called a texenv.how do i do this in the UT3 editor..the only way i did it a tad was add a "fresnel" but it looks more like a shiny "bullseye" instead of a shiny material.can any one please tell me or post a link that could show me how to do this.
