Map Vote 3 Glitch?

Ok, I have Map Vote 3 installed on a dedicated windows server for UT. Once in awhile after a map is finished the Map Vote pops up, goes away, pops up, goes away.. this does not stop until I restart the server. This does not happen all the time, but it has happened at least once at the last 3 lan parties I put together.

The last time it happened, before I could restart the server at least 5 of the lanners got a huge error and it crashed their game completely, it's not clear enough to read, but you can see the error here...

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Also, I can't find a function in Map Vote 3 to set a time limit is a game (such as Last Man Standing) Is there no way to set this or am i over looking it?

That is what happens when there is a missing texture file.
Look at the log file after that happens and you will see
something that says "Failed to load XXXXXX" .
It's usually a texture file that the map requires.

Version 2.02 has a feature that will detect when the
map change has failed and choose a diffent map at random
to prevent the server from hanging in the map load loop.

Which TimeLimit ?
Did you look at the Admin tab window ?
There is a voting time limit setting in there.
The game time-limit is set somewhere in the ini but it isnt
part of MapVote.
