This would be better for an external program. People wouldn't be able to play online if this was done in UnrealScript, unless that's your plan.

I'm not so sure whether this would be legal in terms of the EULA. Because it would more or less be a mod sold for money. Epic won't like this, when you don't have a special agreement with them.

It's work for hire - I will not be selling the program, only using it. The EULA addresses internet cafes and there are restrictions on them - Cannot have $5,000+ tournaments, need to buy copies of the game for each computer, etc.

I didn't mean paying to hire someone, what I meant is selling 30 minute options or sth like this to customers.

Internet cafes are nothing new, what they're doing isn't illegal. And I've done some contract work like this before, afaik that isn't illegal either.
