Looking for Playtesters! [Jeklynn Heights]

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

So, I'm an effects artist on this game called Jeklynn Heights and we're looking for some pre-launch playtesters to participate in server testing as well as general playtesting. I've got 9 steam keys to go and hope to get people that can regularly participate.

Feel free to message me on here or on Steam!

I like the look of the game. How steep are the system requirements? I'd jump in but I am concerned my workstation might not be up to it.

We're still working that out. Optimization hasn't quite started yet, and as such we could probably use more testers to gain more info.

You should probably get better organized then before you start asking people for their time. The moment of proliferation is the most important part of a game. Make sure it's done right and youl'll enhance your project. Do it wrong and people will assume it's not worth their effort. You aren't prepared yet to ask for people to test. Even something as simple as "My system is X and it runs the game fine" gives me an idea. Saying "I dunno, you'll have to figure it out and let me know" doesn't give me faith.

Anyway good luck. I hope you guys score a hit :)

It's a multiplayer, 3rd-person, over-the-shoulder action game that is centered around abilities and objectives.

Our minimum recommended specs to run the game
Windows (64 bit)
2.5+GHz Dual-Core CPU
8GB RAM
2GB Storage Space
GPU with more than 512MB VRAM

I'm playtesting on/working with
Windows (64-bit)
3.6 GHz Quad Core
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 760 (4GB)
