Looking for an Ice Gun

I have balls of Depleted Uranium
My brother and I made an addon for Mysterial's RPG mutator creatively called rpg extras. Among other things it did was add a 'freezing gun' enchantment that would slow a targets movement rate, do cold damage, and the eventaul intention was to coat things in ice allowing them to be ice gibbed.
I like using it with Ballistic weapons but the lightening gun crashes the weapon system when it is in the lineup. Yes the Ice Shader is kinda crappy. But If your familiar with the other enchanted weapon skins of the default RPG they aren't to bad.
I always wind up with enchanted pointless crap like the shield gun...

That anything like what you were thinking?
