Looking back at the old classic Quake 1 for new DM ideas for UT3...

I know the UT3 scene hasn't been active in, pfft, quite a few years, and I am trying to warm up to the idea of the NEW UT (easier said than done, knowing how much more business to take care of with UT3 yet), but...I know I've been certainly on a bit of a hiatus, and I apologize for that.

With that in mind, looking back at some old classics that could be remade, and made more modernized, believe it or not, I was looking into some of the old Quake 1 DMs from a long time ago (not even Quake 3 Arena, who knew?)...and I was hoping to get the ball rolling on using UT3 to revive some really old jalopies of sorts. Trying to think of which ones from those days people would like to see remade. Even if I have to look back to when DM was born in Doom 2, I will, but for now...I believe Quake maps are probably a bit easier with the additive geometry to remake. Just my two bits!

Seasons greetings all to the BeyondUnreal Community, and I do look forward to getting back into things with a bit of a bang.
