Level lighting?

Where is the ambient level lighting, or whatever they call it? Parts of my map are darker than the skybox is and I want to get it evened out better.

If you just want to take the 'edge' off the darkness, 4 is ok (looks like no difference in the editor, but there will be in-game.
If it's an outdoor area or something and you just don't want black shadows, try 8-10. Anything higher and it shows and looks ghey
