  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. The title says it all, but an obvious questions arise. How are we supposed to do that?

Why not meet at the BeyondUnreal Mothership?

All you have to do, to get there from here without getting lost in the server browser, is to install GameTracker Lite, register a little bit and join the BU server.

Just post a game request in this thread and someone might want to play with you right away. Then you can PM one another, exchange GT/MSN/ICQ/Yahoo, etc or just meet at the server. The BeyondUnreal IRC works great for this. You can connect with KVIrc among many other programs.

Good map! It's preferred that everyone download the custom game contents needed before they join the server. Including single maps specific will be somewhat cumbersome to manage. Maybe if the admin put together a pack with multiple maps, that will be hosted and linked to at the site or this forum. I'm not the admin, but perhaps we can work something out in a near future.

This is a great idea. Our fighting game scene around here did the same thing with our local arcade. Post if you're going and anyone who's available will try to make it down and it worked well getting people out of their houses and playing together.

i rarely use xfire or mirc just cause i cant chat and play at the same time like you multitalented types, but i usually play late nights when i can ... if no one drops in my place, i usually end up on Liandri DM or Beer Drinkers TDM or ut3pugs if they let n00bs like me in :)
