.286ish normally when i held down stop, .350 or higher when i didn't. But that's cheating...anyway take this test with a grain of salt, you would get a better score if your monitor had a better MS. My 2 Dell monitors are both 8MS. If my monitors were both 0MS i would have a better score. But a few years ago i would get .250ish normally which at the time i thought was bad, but i am also so tired and i dont sleep that much the last few years which is why i have bags under my eyes all the time and being tired effects your reaction time, same with being a fat ass like i am (210 lbls), and not eating healthy.

That is not cheating. The test happens to use an HTML button which requires two motions to activate (mouse down followed by mouse up). A better quality reaction time test would use a button that didn't require two motions to activate.

Clicking it using the "full-click" is not your reaction time. It's your reaction time + the time it took your mouse button to spring back.

Might be better if you just clicked in the area to activate it instead of having to hover over the button. Anyhow, I get around 0.37.

Crikey, using the press-and-hold technique shaves a tenth of a second off my time. With a normal click I must be spending an extra tenth of a second enjoying the snap sound of the button's switch.

I average around 300. With your tricks I can get into the high 200 range. I can get below 200 occasionally with luck. I think I can improve my score with a few weeks of effort.

My favorite test is 1 to 50 on my Android phone. It is a good guage if how sharp you are that day. I can consistently get down to 30 seconds, but things like poor sleep can take it up to 50.
