Since the last attempts to have an INF-Lanparty ended up in a rather small bunch of players I wanted to invite everyone interested!

I gonna have a (rather small & spontanious) Lan Party next Saturday (8th May) close to Frankfurt/Main in my private home. (so I won't charge anything for renting a room etc.)

It's probably not going to be an 'Infiltration only' event (within the last events we also played Battlefield, Call of Duty, some even demanded for Kinderstrike

Also be known that most players aren't INF vets so don't expect anything clanwar alike action.

So if anyone lives close by feel free to send my an email to figure things out.

There is also the chance to extend the whole thing to Friday

I was quite confidend that anyone within a perimeter of 1000 km would have heard of Frankfurt, the only European City with a real Skyline and I didn't expect anyone to drive any further...

But it seems that mentioning CS (which I wouldn't appreciate/enjoy) turned everyone away ...

Is there anything like an INF- LAN event list (or are there any at all) ?

There aren't any I know of at the moment. There's the BU EuroLAN 8 coming up soon, which I *might* be going to (the signup thread is in the BU off-topic forum), and a while back I thought about organising an INF-CON UK, but that never happened.

... next time I will. I thought myself a German side might suit better, but this is ussually the place were I check out Inf related news.

Shame about the INFCON-UK.

In case it's of interest, I should mention that I've got four networked computers in my home LAN (albeit with a few networking problems I've yet fully to crack) which could form the basis of a mini-LAN session in London if people fancied it.

Yeah I know, but at that time I wasn't sure if I'd be staying in Bristol, and now I'm fairly certain I won't be staying in Bristol, but not sure where I'm going to be.

My platoon has a LAN next week for 3 days like every year, but it is private. As far as I know many German INFiltration platoons have their annual LAN. But there wasn't a public one, yet.
