I agree. I was lucky enough to have borrowed it off of a mate first, 'cause I was actually thinking about buying it.... Phewww, close one :)

I actually payed a friend $20 for it cause I thought it would be good. Worst gaming mistake I've ever made. I thought it was a passable game, but I'd just played through Half-Life and Unreal for a second time and was in the process of finishing Thief. Those are three of the best FPSs ever made. KHG didn't begin to compare. I felt supremely gypped but felt for some reason compelled to finish the game because I'd spent $20 on it. There were some mildly entertaining levels, but for four-fifths of the game it was just tedious and overly mediocre.

Why is it that 2 of the most popular sci-fi series out there--Star Trek and Star Wars--often have some of the suckiest or at best mediocre games? Here's hoping that STV-Elite Force (Q3 Engine), ST :Deep Space Nine The Fallen (UT engine), and the upcoming Verant Star Wars RPG will be good...

It is actually a pretty good game. I enjoyed it alot. The Unreal engines gives the game very fine graphics. A must have for any Star Trek fan.
