Infiltration is VERY RELISTIC GAME, to make this game even more realistic you should add in only JAMMING.
Your weapon will jam only, if you are shooting and moving very much in crouch and prone position, or if you are swiming.

Lidzsvars this has been discussed and dismissed several times and will never be in game. First it is assume that each person has a properly cleaned and working weapon at the start of the game. Matches don't take long enough for such factors to influence things. Secondly it then more or less a random factor that takes away teh raw skill type game play.

Also why would crouch moving and prone positions cause jamming? Hell if that were the case the battlefield would be filled with jammed weapons.

I guess he's assuming that the inability to fire while prone crouching or swimming is meant to simulate jamming.

In fact it's just representing the human inabilty to shot somehow precisely under these circumstances.

i dlike some jamming , for the next inf, but with very very low probabilities (like 2 times a year of playing).

and intelligent jamming probabilities if you swimm.. it would favor the weapons that really support water (ie sig551 for example), for the map where you need to swimm

Realism isn't about realism, it is about logic, and being proud that you completed your task not because you were luckier or had better timing, but because you knew the system better and applied your intuitiveness more effectively.

Jamming is random. Jamming is counter-intuitive. Jamming is silly.

I remember Sentry once said, that they might introduce jamming one day, based on badly treading your weapon i.e. dropping the weapon.

But it wouldn't add too much to gameplay anyway.

... and it does happen by mistake online already. Only way to get rid of it is to drop and regrap the damn gun

What are you on Dere? That made no sense to me at all. Weapons jam in reality, so they should jam in Inf under the same curcumstances they do in reality.

Because it was sarcasm... Why is sarcasm such an American concept that most other nations do not understand?

Hm. Going into a 30-minute mission with cleaned and serviced guns and having them jam? You may be a bit hard-pressed to find that happen in real life with the guns that are going into the game. Perhaps your underestimating the durability of modern guns a bit?

Unless, of course, you're flailing your gun around like a disgruntled spaz while firing your M4, yeah, maybe your gun might jam.
