I'm not sure where the 'spanish' part comes from. It's a type of vanilla custard that's had egg-whites folded into it. It's light and fluffy.

Christmas isn't over. I've still got presents to open!

My wife and I got a $200 gift card to Home Depot. Gonna do stuff to the house. I also got a $45 Sears gift card. Gonna buy some tools. Got a CD, Casting Crowns, Life Song. Got more loot over at the mother-in-laws. Going there now.

The coolest thing though is my son got a load of GeoTrax stuff. We setup a huge layout in his room with all kinds of cool bridges and stuff. I love toys.

Somehow, I ended up watching part of a show about old toys. They showed a train where you put water in the little boiler then added alcohol to another reservoir, and you lit 3 wicks on fire. The boiler heated up and you gave it a little push and the train started going around the tracks. But they forgot to put a throttle on the train, so after while the boiler kept getting hotter and the train kept going faster and faster. The train would run off the tracks and the alcohol would spill out all over, and the flaming wicks would start a fire.

Ahh, those were the good old days when kids could lose an eye, cut off a limb, or easily burn the house down.
